Kaspersky Internet Security (PayPal error)

Kaspersky Internet Security includes a "Safe Money" option which attempts to redirect payment pages into its own browser - this isn't compatible with the Paypal Website Payments Pro window used by www.watercoolinguk.co.uk

The issue leads we've discovered attempts to send the session information to Paypal but is getting blocked as the session ID changes when it switches to its own "Safe Money" browser.

If you are using Kaspersky Internet Security you need to configure Kaspersky's "Safe Money" not to use its Secure Browser for watercoolinguk.co.uk

⛔ This will result in either your payment being blocked by PayPal, your order not being placed correctly, and/or your order not being logged on our system, and not receiving a confirmation email. We're aware of this, please see the steps below.

To do this:

Open the Kaspersky Internet Security application via the Windows "Start" menu:
On the main screen, click the "Safe Money" button::
On the "Safe Money" screen, click the "Add website to Safe Money" link:
On the "Safe Money, Add site" screen:
1. Type www.watercoolinguk.co.uk into the "Website for Safe Money (URL)" box
2. Select the "Do not run Protected Browser" option
3. Click the "Add" button
4. Click the ← button

After doing the above, refresh the www.watercoolinguk.co.uk webpage (e.g. press F5) and then click "CHECKOUT" again.
