When will my order arrive?

👉 The delivery time of your order depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and the delivery ETA shown when placing the order.

If your order has not shipped yet, you can view the estimated delivery date by visiting the order status page either within your account pages for account customers or for guest customers via the Guest order tracker at the bottom of the main website, look for Track a guest order. Enter your WatercoolingUK order ID, and your postcode.

💡Your postcode needs to exactly match what's on your order, including any spaces.


Example: If you have entered SA61 1NS as your postcode, entering SA611NS without the space will not work, it needs to match what you entered when placing the order.

If your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking ID give in your website dispatch email, order summary within your account, or the guest tracker tool. You can also use the email or SMS from the courier.


Most tracking ID's will only update and start to work from after 7pm on the day of dispatch during the week, when the package reaches the main depot or processing hub.

📢 Orders shipped after 5pm on a weekday will not be collected by couriers until the following day.
