How long does it take to dispatch orders?
👉 The dispatch time of your order depends on the product, its stock availability, and the shipping method you've selected, along with the delivery ETA shown at checkout when placing the order.
Your order will always be dispatched earlier than the suggested delivery ETA to ensure timely delivery in line with our terms and conditions of sale. In the event that your delivery ETA is today or has passed, please Contact Us with your Order ID.
When placing your order, please take note of the lead times on the product page, and at checkout as these are tied in to our stock and purchasing system, so that the website knows what's in stock and what's available by a certain delivery date. Due to the volume of sales we process, some products are already on the way to us, and will be advertised as delivery by the shown date, an example of this is below:
⏱️ The shorter ETA indicates that this item is ready to ship out, and will be with you sooner, on or before the date shown.
⏱️ The longer ETA indicates that this stock is on the way to us, and dispatch will be slightly delayed until items are allocated in our warehouse, and then released for delivery on or before the date shown.
