I need to cancel an order, what do i do?
Cancelling a WatercoolingUK order will depend on the order status and the length of time along the dispatch process it is, there are a few ways that you can do it.
đ Before we have taken payment
You can cancel any order, prior to us taking payment yourself, either by logging into the website and navigating to the order in your account screen or if you have checked out as a Guest, you will have this option via our Guest Tracker.
At the bottom of the main website, look for Track a guest order. Enter your WatercoolingUK order ID, and your postcode.
In both instances, you will see a Blue Cancel My Order button as shown below, be careful as once this has been clicked, we cannot re-activate your order, and if you didn't mean to do it, you will need to order again through the Checkout. Payment will automatically void within 48hrs.
đ After we've taken payment
If your order status is processing, and you need to cancel an order, you will need to contact us so that we can stop the process of this order in our main system and get that cancelled / refunded for you.

đ After the order has shipped
If your order has been shipped, the likelihood is you will either need to sign for the goods, and open up an RMA to return them, or you can refuse delivery and the package will come back to us.

â ī¸ For Royal Mail shipments, we have no way to re-direct the parcel once it has been collected.
â ī¸ For DHL / UPS shipments, we will attempt to contact them if the package has been collected to re-direct it, but this doesn't have a 100% success rate, and in some instances you may need to refuse delivery.
đĄ Once the package arrives back with us, we will issue a full refund, including your shipping.
