I need to return (RMA) an item, how do i do it?

If you need to return an item, or even a full order, here is what you will need to do.

Please do not return anything without an authorised RMA number.

For customers that signed up for an account before or during the checkout process, this function is already built into the website account pages, for details on how to do this, you can follow the below steps.


📢 Customers who checked out using our Guest Checkout facility, please Contact Us, with your order ID, and we can generate the required account so you can access the RMA function as below.

❗️ Please, ensure you are viewing the full Desktop version of our website, as the Mobile version doesn't have 100% of the built-in account features yet. You can do this by using a computer or laptop on a normal web browser, or on Mobile you can ask the browser to show you the Desktop version.

  1. Log into your online user account at www.watercoolinguk.co.uk and ensure you're either on a Desktop PC or request the Desktop version of the website via any mobile browser.
  2. Towards the top of the page click on the "My Account" icon to the right of the search bar.
  3. Once in the accounts screen, click on the sub heading "My Orders".
  4. Locate the required order that has the product(s) on you wish to return and make certain the status of the order is "Despatched" - If it isn't please contact us.
  5. Select the required order and enter the order page.
  6. From here you will notice a blue "Return Item" button next to each product, use this to submit the return individually for each item you wish to send back.
  7. Once you obtain your RMA number(s), please wait for this to be authorised before returning any items. You will receive an Authorised email.

👉 If your item has been received DOA, damaged or has become faulty within the first 30 days, please contact us after you've requested to return it, and we will supply you with a way to return your order or item free of charge.


👉 If your item is outside of the 30 day window, you will be expected to return this at your own cost, and we will repair or replace under warranty for you and ship it back to you at our cost.


👉 If you are returning an item within the first 30 days, as unwanted, please ensure that the item meets the following requirements:


✔️ The item(s) is in brand-new condition, as you received it (opened boxes are OK)

✔️ The item(s) is free from scratches and haven't been mounted (waterblocks / radiators etc)

✔️ You have all the original packaging, not damaged or torn

✔️ The item(s) is not missing any accessories or the product manual (if applicable)


If everything checks out, you will be expected to return this at your own cost, and we will inspect and authorise a full refund, including your original postage paid at checkout, within 7 working days of RMA receipt.

💡 If you are struggling to send this back or are unable to pre-pay for a shipping label to return an order, just ask and we can provide one for you and take the prior arranged cost out of your refund when the RMA is completed.
